Score: 88 - 102
Point Spread: +9½/-105 New York
There's no deny the Heat are playing some of their best basketball of the season coming into this game, but there is no reason they should be laying 9-points against a Knicks team that is out to prove they are a contender in the Eastern Conference.
The Knicks are playing some pretty good basketball of their own, as they come in 9-2 over their last 11, which includes impressive outright wins over the Lakers and Mavericks.
New York lost 89-99 in an earlier trip to Miami this season. However, they played that game without Carmelo Anthony and the additions of Jeremy Lin and J.R. Smith. I don't know that the Knicks will have enough to win the game, but they should easily keep it within double-digits.
I believe the key in this game is the Knicks frontline duo of Amare Stoudemire and Tyson Chandler. These two will force James and Wade to settle for more outside shots instead of living off lay-ups and dunks. It will be extremely hard for Miami to win in a blowout when they have to work hard offensively.
New York is 23-10-1 ATS in their last 34 road games vs. a team with a winning home record and a perfect 7-0 ATS in their last 7 games vs. a team with a winning S.U. record. BET THE KNICKS!
