4* CUBS/WHITE SOX INTERLEAGUE RIVALRY MASSACRE

---Chicago Cubs +110---

I backed Matt Garza in his most recent start at Oakland, cashing in on a money line of +180. I feel Garza is once again undervalued, as he's got a clear edge on the mound over Hector Santiago and surprisingly the Cubs come into this one not only playing better but have the better overall record this season. Garza is clearly auditioning for another team, as it's been made pretty clear the Cubs will trade him before the deadline. He's certainly stepped up his game here lately, posting a 1.17 ERA and 0.957 WHIP over his last three starts and is a solid 2-0 with a 2.41 ERA over six road starts.

Santiago has been hit or miss in his 10 starts, but the White Sox are just 1-3 in his four starts at home, as he is supporting a 4.16 ERA and lofty 1.431 WHIP.

Chicago hasn't been hitting the ball all that great, but are a dominant 8-2 against the money line in road games after batting .225 or worse over their last 5 games. The White Sox come in off a tough 1-3 loss at Tampa Bay and that sets up a strong situation to fade Chicago, as they are a mere 4-17 over their last 21 following a game where the two teams combined for 4 runs or less! BET THE CUBS!
