4* MLB BLOCKBUSTER MLB UNDERDOG ANNIHILATOR

---Atlanta Braves +138---

I don't typically like to bet against an ace like Cliff Lee, but there's simply too much value on the Braves to pass it up. Atlanta will be motivated coming off a disappointing finish to their last series against Miami, where they dropped the last two after winning Game 1 in a blowout 11-3.

Atlanta's Tim Hudson is just 1-7 with a 5.71 ERA on the road this season, but I actually think he has the edge tonight over Lee. The Braves are a perfect 6-0 in his six starts this season vs division opponents. It's also worth noting that one of those starts came on the road vs the Nationals, where he allowed just one run on four hits over 7 innings of work. Last time he took the mound in Philadelphia (Nov. 2012), he allowed 1 run (unearned) on two hits over 7 and 1/3 in a 2-1 win over Lee.

Winds will be blowing out to left field at nearly 15 mph. Hudson is a ground ball pitcher, who knows how to keep the ball in the ballpark. Lee has only surrendered eight home runs all season, but he's a fly ball pitcher and will be going up against a Braves team that lives for the home run.

With the off day on Monday, Hudson comes into this start on a full 5 days of rest and that's definitely worth noting, as he's a ridiculous 16-4 over his last 20 starts when he's working on 5 to 6 days of rest! BET THE BRAVES!
