Score: 91 - 109
Point Spread: +7½/-110 Golden State
Today's winner is Golden State over San Antonio. This is my No Limit Play.
Stephen Curry is a monster player. The Guard shook off another ankle issue to post 22 points in Game 4 and is averaging 25 PPG and 8.3 APG in the Playoffs. But it was Barnes and Jack that stepped up in the contest to give Golden State the victory. The Warriors have eight players pulling in 4 or more RPG in the post-season and five players scoring DDs. They rank in the Top-10 in every offensive category. But it is their defense that is overlooked as they are the #4 team in the League allowing a mere 43.9% shooting from the field. These two squads have met eight times this season splitting the eight, with Golden State going 6-2 ATS. The Warriors are a thorn in the side of the Spurs. Tony Parker IS hampered by a calf injury. This showed in his performance in Game 4.The Guard had 17 points and 4 boards. He is unable to drive the lane and this will be fatal for the team. Because of Parker's injury, the squad is being forced to shoot from the outside (7-27 in Game 3), where the pestering Warriors "D" isn't allowing good looks. Tim Duncan has yet to shoot 50% from the floor in this series. The 'Dog is 4-0 ATS the L4 meetings. The Spurs are 3-9 ATS their L12 games played at home, 1-4 ATS their L5 Conference Semi Final games, and 8-18 ATS their L26 games played overall. The Warriors are 7-0 ATS their L7 games played on the road, 10-1 ATS their L11 games played vs. teams with a winning record, and 19-7 ATS their L26 games played overall. Take Golden State. Thank you.
