Joe D'Amico's NBA 100% LV STRIP MOVE WINNER
Houston vs. Oklahoma City,
04/24/2013 19:00 EDT,
Score: 102 - 105
Point Spread: -11½/-101 Oklahoma City
Today's winner is Oklahoma City over Houston. This is my Las Vegas Strip Move Winner.
The 8th seeded Rockets have lost and failed to cover 3 of the 4 meetings against the Thunder this season. Remembering that Houston dropped 4 of their L6 regular-season games (in which they were favored 3 of the 4). Overall the team has only covered 1 of their L7, going 0-4 ATS on the road. Even ex-Oklahoma City player, James Harden had no answer for Durant, Westbrook, and Ibaka, who combines for 60 points and 21 boards. Oklahoma City shot 53% from the floor, 42% beyond the arc, and made 79% of their FTs, and won the battle of the glass. Lin looked lost, unable to match the athleticism of Westbrook. Lin had just 4 points on 1-7 shooting and 4 turnovers. The Oklahoma City bench accounted for 47 points ,as the veteran Derek Fisher played only 12 minutes and sank three 3-pointers. It's the 3rd rout this season Houston has suffered at the hands of Oklahoma City. The Thunder are a Top-5 team in every offensive category and a Top-10 team on defense in every area as well. Outside of Harden, the Rockets don't have the talent to compete at the Thunders level. The Home Team is 11-3 ATS their L14 meetings in this series. The Rockets are 1-6 ATS their L7 games played at the Thunder, 1-6 ATS their L7 vs. the West, and 1-4 ATS their L5 Conference Quarter Final games. The Thunder are 17-6 ATS their L23 games played at home, 44-19-3 ATS their L66 vs. the West, and 6-1 ATS their L7 games played vs. teams with a winning record. Take Oklahoma City. Thank you.
