Joe D'Amico's NBA Fast Break Winner
Oklahoma City vs. San Antonio,
11/01/2012 21:30 EDT,
Score: 84 - 86
Point Spread: +2½/-105 Oklahoma City
Today's winner is Oklahoma City over San Antonio. This is my Fast Break Play.
Oklahoma City won and covered the L4 games of the Conference Finals matchup against San Antonio, ending the Spurs' season. The Thunder are now without 6th man, James Harden. But the rest of the team is intact. Three-time scoring champion, Kevin Durant will lead Perkins, Sefolosha, Ibaka, and newly acquired Martin and Lamb on the floor this season. OKC was the League's best FT shooting team LY at 80.6% from the line, an area that San Antonio ranked 19th in the NBA at 74.8%. This is a huge edge for the Thunder here. The Spurs are getting a bit long in the tooth. They struggled LN in their 99-95 win over a mediocre New Orleans squad. Tonight they must face a younger, faster, more athletic team after playing just 23 hours ago. Guard, Manu Ginobili sat out yesterday due to back spasms and is listed as questionable today. Take Oklahoma City. Thank you.
