RV: 5* WORLD SERIES 15-0 GAME 2 POWER SYSTEM PLAY
Detroit vs. San Francisco,
10/25/2012 20:07 EDT,
Score: 0 - 2
Money Line: -116 Detroit
On Thursday in game 2 of the World Series our Selection is on the Detroit Tigers. Game 903 at 8:05 eastern. The Tigers fit a tremendous system here tonight that has only applied 9 times in the last 9 years and has won every time and by an average 9-3 score. What we want to do is play on any road team that is off a 5+ run road favored loss if they were -140 or higher and scored 4 or less runs, vs an opponent off a home dog win +140 or higher by 5 or more runs and had 10 or more hits with 4 or less men left on base. The Tigers are 23-7 in the last game of a series as a favorite off a loss. When trailing a best-of-7 MLB playoff series 1-0, the Detroit Tigers have a 6-2 Finals Game 2 record with an active six-Game 2 winning streak. Dan Iassogna is behind the plate and the Tigers have won 5 of the last 6 with him back there and the road team is 4-1 in his last 5 behind the plate overall. The Giants have M. Bumgarner going and he is 0-3 in his last 3 starts and has allowed 14 runs in his last 12 innings. The Tigers just faced a lefty last night so they should have an easier time getting a read on Bumgarner. Last night they came in not having seen live pitching in nearly a week. The Tigers will go with Fister tonight and he has a 3.43 road era this season and has won 4 of his last 5 allowing just 7 earned runs in his last 34 innings. We may see more of a Tenacious Tiger here tonight. Take the Tigers.
