Well, sports fans another season of NCAAB is upon us and what most people don't realize is that college hoops is the most popular and best sport to make a profit in. You see, everyone loves football. Alabama was idle last week and held onto the No. 1 spot in the BCS rankings, but Florida State moved back to No. 2 after dismantling then-No. 7 Miami 41-14 this past Saturday night as a 21.5-point home favorite. This means the Oregon once again falls to No. 3 with Ohio State ranked fourth and Stanford rounding out the current top five.

There was a bit of a shakeup in the BCS top five this past week despite only one loss by a top-five team. Alabama remained at the top of the heap with a routine 45-10 rout of Tennessee as a 28-point home favorite, but Florida State fell to No. 3 despite a dominating 49-17 victory over North Carolina State as a 35-point home favorite. In the Seminoles place at No. 2 is the Oregon Ducks, who moved up after knocking off UCLA 42-14 as 24-point favorites at home.

The initial BCS rankings for the 2013 college football season were released this past Sunday night and to no one’s surprise Alabama came in ranked No. 1 on the strength of its 7-0 start.
