The 2012 Trojans were a much hyped program going into the season but a 7-6 record and losing in the Sun Bowl to Georgia Tech to close out the year was a big letdown for the program. Lane Kiffin is on the hot seat this season as a repeat of last year will not be acceptable. Usc returns 57 guys and 15 starters from last years team.

The offense gets back 8 Starters but must replace Matt Barkley at QB luckily sophomore Max Wittek has experience from last season’s starts while Matt Barkley was injured. The defense brings back 7 starters that averaged giving up more than 24 points per game. I expect that number to drastically improve this season.

The Trojans were just 3-10 ATS last season as gamblers that took them were killed.  Usc will play 13 games this season as they open up their season August 29th in Hawaii. They play 4 non-conference but only one against a team that will give them a real test and that will be Notre dame on September 19th. Trojans Pac-12 schedule sets up great for them as they play five at home and just four on the road.

All in all I see USC winning 10 games this season making them a 10-4 team. Their over under in wins is set at 9.5 so a play on the OVER 9.5 is where I’d go with this team. Kiffin has certainly disappointed Trojan backers his first 3 years at USC but there is enough talent for them to challenge for a National title I just don’t think Kiffin gets the most out of his talent

I see good things in 2013 for the Trojans as I see them getting better and taking a huge step forward as compared to 2012 take the Trojans to win OVER 9.5 all the way to the bank. Chase Diamond.
